Dr Lim received his PhD in 2002. His work involved cell growth, regulation in cancer, infectious diseases, and biomedicine product development. As an entrepreneur, Dr Lim started Gene Oasis, one of the first few of Singapore’s branded biotechnology companies.

Dr Lim has started, developed, and nurtured several successful businesses in the biotechnology space, resulting in multimillion-dollar valuations and revenue.

Richard is the COO for Gongda Agricultural, Industrial and Commercial Group. He is also the Chief Rep of United Network One Inc, a regional fund that is investing into telecommunication and IT business in ASEAN region.

Richard has a 10 years’ experience in the public sector, served the Ministry of National Development, Ministry of Defense, EDB, and Enterprise Singapore, statutory boards of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Dr Timothy Low was the CEO of Gleneagles Hospital and Singapore and is the Board Member of Farrer Park Hospital, part of Singapore’s first fully integrated healthcare complex, Connexion, comprising a hospital, Hotel and a Specialist Medical Centre. He clinched 25 local and regional awards for the hospital over 2 years (2016-2017).

Dr Low has also helmed key positions in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry in the Asia Pacific region. For his contributions toward the healthcare community, Dr Low joins the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who’s Who. In the last 2 consecutive years, he was awarded the “50 Most Talented Healthcare Leaders of Asia” award and “Best CEO of the Year”.

Annie is the publisher and editor-in-chief of Fortune Times. She pioneered to establish the first Chinese business magazine, Fortune Times in Singapore in 2004. During her career in journalism, she has conducted more than 500 interviews with business leaders and leading business personalities from China, Singapore and Southeast Asia region.

Annie Song received her diploma from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a major in Management Accounting in China in 1994. Later on, she went to the United Kingdom to pursue higher education and obtained two Master degrees, one in MBA, and the other in Banking & Finance.
